**No Refund Policy

1. Service Purchase : All payments made for one-o-one coaching sessions, psychological services, online courses, and pricing plans are non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

2. Value of Service : We are dedicated to providing high-quality services. If you have any concerns about our coaching, psychological services, or courses, we encourage you to reach out directly to discuss and address your needs.

3. Course and Plan Access : Upon enrolling in an online course or subscribing to a pricing plan, you gain immediate access to course materials or services. As a result, no refunds will be issued after enrollment or subscription, regardless of participation or completion status.

4. Session Rescheduling : If you are unable to attend a scheduled one-o-one coaching or psychological session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Failure to do so may result in the loss of that session without any possibility of a refund.

5. Discontinuation of Services : Should you choose to discontinue your coaching sessions or online courses, there will be no refunds for any unused sessions or resources. We encourage you to use all available resources to maximize your experience.

6. Pricing Plans : All pricing plans are billed according to the selected terms (monthly), and no refunds will be provided for any charges processed for these plans after payment has been completed. If you wish to change or terminate your plan, please contact us prior to the next billing cycle.
